Essays 1-02b: Extended Uni. Life essays

Students should go to trip during spring vacation or summer vacation. Especially, they should go to overseas because members of society cannot go to travel when they become members of society. What’s more, they should go to travel on February or September because a hotel and an airplane ticket are inexpensive. In other word, this is the low season. Therefore students to whom only a few have money are good season.

If students had more than 400 score by TOEFL, they could study abroad. Moreover, if they didn’t have more than 450 score by TOEFL, they must go a language school. To go there needs much money, so they are good to aim more than 450 score. Plus, score of TOEIC for which a company asks new employees are 550 score. This is why, if they had more than 550 score, the people are favorable job hunting.

There are many facilities in KGU. For example, there are library, student’s cafeteria and e-campus center and so on. There are fifteen thousand books in KGU library. It is very quiet there, so students can be concentrated on reading books or study. Also, students can use computer there, so they can do homework of reports. There are many menus in a student’s cafeteria. Moreover, a meal is inexpensive, so there are many students.

Students should make many friends because their university life becomes pleasant. They can have a lunch or take classes with their friends. Also, after students finish classes of the day, they can go to karaoke, go shopping or have a dinner together. Students can get along with their friends. In order to make their friends, they need to speak actively.

To study is important for students. Britain and the United States department has a lot of homework. For example, typing, English central, blog, essays, book review, reports and so on.

Students may feel that it is serious. But, it is for students by all means. So, If students do their best, they will be able to understand English more. Watching English TV programs and listening to Western music are important, too. Students can learn native English.

Students should do part time job. The part time job can do various things. For example, there are how to come contact with a person and how to take communication with customers. These are useful for job hunting. But, the compatibility of school and part time job is important. If students do only part time job, they shouldn’t do part time job. The most important thing is to study in school.

Let’s spend after school usefully. Britain and United states department has a lot of homework. So, students will have to study after school. But, when they must go to the part time job, they can’t do homework. So, students should finish homework holiday. It is important to sometimes take a break. Going shopping, meeting friends, and sleeping and let’s be refreshed.

To get qualifications is very important. Students should get various qualifications. KGU can get qualifications for money fewer than other universities. The qualifications have Word, Excel, secretary official approval, travel service supervisor and so on. I t is advantageous if they have a lot of qualifications when they look for a job. The present times, it becomes difficult to find a job. So, students should get a lot of qualifications.

Having played tennis at Sojo university in spring vacation

I played tennis with my friend and tennis club members of Sojo University at Sojo University in spring vacation.  It was wound up to play tennis at Sojo University for the first time.  Some underclassmen of my friend are tennis club members of Sojo University, so my friend took me there.  I sometimes played tennis there, and I entered in the game of tennis club of university of Kyusyu.  For example, there were Fukuoka University, Kyusyu university, Kumamoto university and so on, so I was surprised.  I did the game after an interval of two years, so I was tensed very much.  I lost the first game, but there were the game between having lost teams.  I did the game three times in league match.  Then, I won first prize in league match.  I was regrettable because I lost the finals.  However, I was glad and pleasant very much because I won first prize in it, so I received some new tennis bolls.  My friend is a member of society this year, so I do not think that I go to Sojo University.  Therefore I am lonesome because I was getting along very nicely with tennis club member.  If there is chance, I want to go to Sojo University to play tennis with tennis club member again.

BR 1-08: Pussy and the birds

Pussy was hungry, so it was looking for a bird.  Then, Pussy found a bird.  However, Pussy could not catch a bird, so Pussy gave up.  Then, Pussy cried a front of house.  A man gave Pussy food, and Pussy ate it.  Then, Pussy is not hungry, and Pussy was asleep.  Well, why could not Pussy catch a bird?

I borrowed this book because this book’s picture was cute and I thought it can read easily for me.  I thought a man is very kind for cat because a man gave Pussy food.  Pussy is not hungry, and Pussy is up on the bed, and Pussy is asleep.  From that, I thought Pussy is the same as man.

My other classes

I take 14 classes this semester.  I take 4 classes on Mondays and Tuesdays.  I take a class on Wednesdays.  I took 3 classes on Thursdays, but I gave up for taking a class of American literary history.  Therefore I take 2 classes on Thursdays from last week.  I take 2 classes on Fridays. A class of international society and Japan is hard because it is 1^st period on Mondays and if I was late, I could not take it.  Also, it is difficult for me, so I am anxious about final examination.   I hate introduction to linguistics because I must submit the report every week.  If I did not hand in the report, I come to have absented last week’s class in spite of I attended it.

Having played with Serina

I played with Serina on May 5^th.  She is one of my friends.  I knew her when I was a high school student.  We went to kurea and yumetown.  First of all, we went to Kurea by car at 9:00.  I waited for her in downtown at 8:30, and my father drove a car to kurea.  After we arrived at kurea, my father came home.  She bought many new clothes, but I did not buy goods there.  I like a sandwich, so I ate it in Subway.  I ate it after a long separation, so it was delicious.  Then, we went to yumetown by bus.  I bought many new clothes there.  I wanted clothes, so I was glad very much.  I bought a juice, and I drank it, talking with her.  Then, I went to taiyakikenkyujo with her.  Our friend was working there, so we went there to watch our friend who worked.  We talked with our friend just for a moment.  I bought a taiyaki, and I ate it there.  It was delicious, so I want to eat it again.  After we finished eating it, we went to downtown by bus because she had a part-time job the night. We arrived at downtown, and I came home.

How I study English

I study English every day because there is writing class, speaking class and listening class in university.  Plus, I have much homework every week, so I do not finish homework if I did not do my homework every day.  I always study English after school.  I sometimes study English on TV.  I watch English program on TV because I can understand correct pronunciation and grammar.  Also, it is interesting for me, so I can watch it intensively. When I was a high school student, I studied English in a supplementary private school.  Therefore I was good grade then.  However, I do not go there, so I fell down grade.

BR 1-07: Stuart Little Stuart Hides Out

Stuart Little’s mother, father and brother went out, so Stuart was left alone with the family cat.  They came to do hide-and-seek.  Stuart hides, and cat seeks.  Stuart found a flower vase, so Stuart decided to hide there.  However, Stuart has noticed that it cannot get out from there.  Cat finished counting one hundred, so cat began to look for Stuart.  Well, Could cat find Stuart?  Also, could Stuart get out from a flower vase?

I borrowed this book because I have watched series of this story on TV.  Therefore I thought that I try to read this book written in English.  It was interesting for me because Stuart was nice character.  I thought I want to read another books of this series.

Food/eatindg habits

My favorite food is pizza, chocolate, sushi and flesh salad and so on.  I like chocolate because it is sweet and delicious for me.  Also, I like pizza, but it is expensive food, so I do not eat it recently.   Therefore I sometimes come to eat it.  Moreover, I like sushi, so I eat it with my family once two weeks.  Especially, my father loves it.  What’s more, I like flesh salad, so I often eat it in the evening.  Especially, I like a cabbage and a cucumber, and I eat them with dressing. 

I hate mushroom and fiery food such as curry, kimuchi and wasabi.  I came to hate curry when I was an elementary school student. 

I have bread with a strawberry jam and milk tea every morning.  I have bread and tea when I had lunch in KGU.  I often eat chocolate bread in bakery because it is delicious.

Having played with Risa

I played with my friend on February 24^th.  I became my friend when I was a junior high school student.  Her name is Risa.  When I was a junior high school student, I played with my friends outside in the lunch time.  For example, I played tag, dharma doll fell down or hide-and-seek and so on.  I enjoyed playing them.  However, I have not played with her holiday.  I came to mail with her, so I played with her for the first time when I was a university student.  I waited for her in the evening of the day.  I took print club stickers, and I went to a bazaar at Paruko.  Then, I had dinner with her.  I reserved a restaurant, so I ate dinner soon.  I talked various things with her.  I was fun, so ii want to play with her.

King Midas was a real king, so he was very rich.  He was also kind, so he helped an old man.  Then, the old man’s son was a god.  Therefore he had a wish come true.  Its wish was that he could touch things and turn them.  However, he was troubled.  For example, he could not eat dinner.  Well, how could he eat dinner?

I borrowed this book because it seemed to be interesting.  However, I did not know this book’s meaning for the first time, so I read it many times.  At last, I understood its meaning, so I was glad.  I read this book, and I thought that it was not good for me to be greedy.

Essay 1-02: University Life

My dream is to become a tour planner.  I have not applied to group tour, but I like traveling with my friends or my family.  Also, I like to make a tour plan.  I want people who applied to group tour to be satisfied.  Therefore I go to various places, and I enter the date into the note.  For example, I enter time to visit and transport and so on.  Then, I want many people to tour tourist attraction efficiently.  Moreover, I took a extracurricular lecture of Travel Service Supervisor last year.  Then, I took the state examination in Fukuoka last year.  However, I fell down it, so I will take it again this year.  If I passed it, I could contract a tour plan for customer, so I want to inform good plans to customer. 

I have not been to overseas, so I want to go to overseas when I am a university student.  However, I do not have money because I do not work part-time job.  I often watch an advertisement of tour plan, so I feel that I can go to Hawaii cheap.  Also, there are many Japanese people in Hawaii.  Therefore I want to go to Hawaii with my friends this summer.  Moreover, I want to go to Europe with my friends as graduation trip.  Especially, I want to go to Germany because I learned German last year.  Also, there are many famous places in Germany. 

I did not think that I have a lot of homework this year.  I heard my friends that there are many writing assignments, but I did not hear that there are many speaking assignments.  Therefore I was surprised at speaking homework.  I must buy headphones and premium card for speaking.  I did not have time to buy headphones, so I was late beginning.  However, I caught up with everyone, so I was glad.  I thought that I work hard to finish much homework.  Also, I must do introduction to linguistics report every week, so I thought that I do not want to take it.  However, I was accustomed to doing its homework, so I think I try to take its class. 

I worked part-time job for 9 months last year.  I did gym instructor at downtown.  I thought customer how to use machine, balance ball, mini ball and locker room and so on.   Also, I taught customer how to take a germanium bathtub.  I was stress for the first time because I dislike taking with people who I meet for the first time.  I was hard to remember a lot of things.  However, I gradually enjoyed the work.  Therefore I lamented that president closed up shop.  I leaned many things such as a phone reception and goods sale and so on.  Also, I learned hygiene and lymph massage, so I taught my mother and my grandmother how to do them.  Therefore I feel that I proud of this work. 

There are many facilities in KGU.  For example, there are library, student’s cafeteria and e-campus center and so on.  I did not go to library and student’s cafeteria last year because I dislike reading books and I always went to bakery.  However, I go to library every Wednesday because I borrow some books written in English, and I must do my homework.  Also, I often go to bakery, but I came to go to student’s cafeteria this year because I take a class at building No.3.  I have lunch with my friends there.  I buy lunch at yumeshoku in building No.3 every Thursday.  What’s more, I sometimes go to e-campus center since last year because I can print a report, and I can always use a computer.  I was surprised at many beautiful facilities for the first time. 

It is fun for me to have lunch with my friends.  I often have lunch at classroom or student’s cafeteria.  Also, I take classes with my friends, so I can relax.  I sometimes have dinner with my friends.   I often go shopping, and I have dinner, and I go to karaoke with my friends, so I feel happy then.  I go shopping with my friends at various places for example Paruko, Kurea and Tenjinkoa in Fukuoka and so on.  Therefore I thought it is important for me to have many friends.  I did not have my friends when I entered in KGU, so I was anxiety.  However, I could have many friends, so I enjoy university life.

BR 1-05: The Three Little Pigs

There were three little pigs at certain village.  Their name is Pinky, Percy and Poppy.  They lived with their mother in a pretty little house, but they grew too big.  Therefore they built each house.  Pinky built a house by straw.  Stick is stronger than straw, so Percy built a house by stick.  Poppy built the strongest house in their houses.  However, a big bad wolf went to their house.  Well, what happened to their houses?  Also, how did Poppy build her house? 

I borrowed this book because I knew this book written in Japanese, so I wanted to read this book written in English.  It was interesting for me because the book written in Japanese which I read differed from this book.  What’s more, it was funny because a wolf broke a born while pursuing them.  I thought that Poppy is the cleverest in them.  That’s why, I like this book.

Golden Week plans

I am going to go to Aso with Aoi on May 3rd.  She is one of my friends since I was a high school student.  She goes to university of Tokyo now, so she came back to Kumamoto on April 28th.  I enjoy talking with her because I can talk everything to her.  I am going to go to Shirakawa source in Aso.  I have never been there, so I looked at a homepage.  Then, it looked cool for me, and she said to me that I want to go to Shirakawa source, so I decided to go there.  Also, I will go to hot springs in Aso.  Therefore I am forward to going to Aso. 

Moreover, I will go to Oita on May 4th because my aunt said to my family that let's go to Oita.  When I was a child, I have been to Oita.  I went to Harmony land in Oita then.  However, I do not remember it.  Therefore I'm forward to going to go to Oita.  Also, I will go to a shrine of Oita, so I want to wish various things.  For example, I want to take driver's license early, and I want to do part-time job and so on.  I can see my aunt and my grandmother, so I'm forward to going to Oita. 

What's more, I am going to go to a shopping mall in Kumamoto with my friend on May 5th.  I want clothes, so I ask her to go there.  I will play with her after a long separation.  If I played with her, I am always happy.  She is a important existence for me.  Also, there are my favorite stores in shopping mall, so I'm forward to going to go there.  I will go there by bus, and I will go there so that it may be in time for opening time.  She has part-time job from 18:00, so she must arrive at a place of her part-time job at 17:30.  Therefore I decided to play in the morning early.

I got up at 7:35, so I shocked to have gotten up later.  Therefore I prepared to go to university in hurry.  Then, I made it to class in the first period on time.  I took classes to 16:10.  After school, I went to Hitsuyukan High School with my friend.  I graduated from there.  I did not go there since I graduated, so I was forward to going to go there.  I met various teachers, so I was homesick.  I was surprised that there was Mr. Sumii in high school.  He was a staff adviser to the tennis club when I was a junior high school student.  He did not change, so I noticed him soon.  I want to go to Hitsuyukan High School again.  Then, I went home, and I did my homework because I want to play Golden Week.  However, I did not finish my homework, so I must did it early.  Also, I bought headphones to use speaking homework yesterday.  I did English central, so I enjoyed it.  Then, I thought that I try to do it when I am free time.  I had dinner at 19:00, and I talked with my brother.  My brother came back to Kumamoto yesterday.  He goes to Kagoshima University, so he lives by himself.  He does job hunting, so he went to Osaka or Tokyo from last week to yesterday.  He bought souvenir for me, so I was glad very much.  The souvenir was file of my favorite character, foods and key ring.  I came to go to Tokyo again.
