August 21st

I went to Kumamoto city hall on August 7th because I need a passport.  I went there then for the first time.  Then, I went there to get it on August 21st, so I was very glad.  It cost 11,000 yen in total.  It was very expensive for me, but I cannot go to Guam without a passport.  I want to go to many countries.
