This story’s main character is hare and
tortoise. Hare loved running. Tortoise worked with Hare. Tortoise said, “I’ll race you.” It decided to have the race next Saturday at
ten o’clock. Hare trained extra
hard. At last, Saturday arrived. All hare’s friends came to watch him
race. Tortoise’s friends were there, too. Hare saw some television cameras. Tortoise just kept on talking to his
friends. Hare raced off and disappeared
almost at once. Hare stopped beside a
tree to rest. Hare’s eyes started
closing. Hours passed, and hare woke
with a start. Hare ran faster than ever
before. Which did the race win, hare or
tortoise?
I
borrowed this book because this book seemed to be interesting. After I went home, I read it. I knew contents of this book. I was surprised at it. This book was interesting for me. This book’s picture is cute. I thought I must not be careless. I thought hare is great because hare likes
running, but hare trained hard to win tortoise.
