Heating apparatus

I am troubled recently whether you use the heating in my house.  This is because patience does not work this time when it uses it once.  Therefore it is argued whether you use the heating in my house.  For example, it happens to have been similar at the time of diet.  It is a cake.  I may not win temptation afterward even once if I eat a cake.  I want to spend this winter without using the heating.
