BR 2-09: The Town Mouse and the Country Mouse

There was a little brown country mouse.  His name is Pipin.  He lived in a house in a hedge.  One day, town mouse came to the house of Pipin.  Town mouse’s name is Toby.  Toby is Pipin’s cousin.  Pipin went to food store, and he bought his best nuts and berries.  However, Toby dislikes nuts.  The next day, they went to Toby’s house.  They jumped onto the table and began to eat sweets.  There were pie, cheese and chocolate sauce on the table.  They met the cat, and Pipin ran.  Pipin was afraid of the cat, so he wanted to go to his house.  However, Toby said, “No.” because Pipin have not tried to Toby’s fine feather bed.  The next day, Toby gave Pipin a map to the station.  How did they go to the town?

I borrowed this book because this book’s picture was cute.  I like town than country because town has good convenience to transportation and there are many fashion.  Town is the place that is fun for me.  But I feel like understanding the feelings of the country mouse.  This book is interesting for me.  I thought this book is good story.
